Does anyone have any general suggestions for setting up HTTPS pages which do not contain mixed content when static media is served from the same server as the app? In testing even after routing all the static media through HTTPS globally, I still receive the warning messages that although the cert is valid there are still assets coming from HTTP (there aren't as far as I can tell in firebug/yslow/etc).
